Shipping policy

We ship within 1-3 business days, excludes weekends and holidays. We offer First Class and Priority shipping, buyer is responsible for all shipping costs. We are not responsible for package/products once it is in the possession of USPS. 

We also offer both in-house products and made-to-order/drop-shipping items through our website.

Because of this, orders containing multiple product types may ship separately and arrive at different times. 

Please note:

• In-house items and drop-shipping items may be fulfilled from different locations
• You may receive more than one package for the same order
• Processing and delivery times may vary depending on the items purchased
• Shipping charges at checkout are based on the products in your cart and their fulfillment method

We recommend purchasing products from our "SILVERGLITZZ MERCH" collection separately.

We do our best to get your order out as quickly as possible and will provide tracking information once each shipment has been processed.
