my order was nine crowns which I received in perfect condition, in The Bahamas. They were packed so securely and look great on my bottles. I will definitely be ordering more.

I purchased the crowns they are absolutely lovely and fit the tumblers I already had will be purchasing more

I received both crowns and both were bent. One had pearls that fell off and the other a piece with the pearl broken off. I did no open wrapper. You can see the damage without opening. I reached out to the company a few
hours later no reply.
